Purpose

These terms govern the use of the lemultiservice.com website, published by JOKKO TECH AI SAS, and the purchase of the services offered on it: car insurance, flight tickets, mobile top-ups, and bill payments.

Access to the site, no account required

The site can be used without registering. A quote or a search commits you to nothing until you confirm and pay for an order. A placed order can be found again using its reference and the phone number used for payment.

LeMultiservice's role

LeMultiservice provides a booking and payment platform for services supplied by third parties. Depending on the service, LeMultiservice acts as a distribution intermediary; the cover, pricing and specific conditions of each service are ultimately governed by the provider that supplies it.

Prices and payment

Displayed prices are in CFA francs (FCFA), all taxes included unless stated otherwise. Payment is made via Wave or Orange Money. No fee is added after the summary screen that precedes payment.

Insurance, important notice

Car insurance is a regulated product (CIMA zone). The cover, exclusions and conditions that apply are those of the contract issued by the partner insurance company (Providence or Askia, as applicable), not the general description given on this site. If in doubt about a specific cover, refer to the insurance contract issued or contact the insurer directly.

Cancellation and refunds

A quote or a search is free and commits you to nothing.

• Car insurance: until the contract is issued, you are committed to nothing. Once the contract is issued by the partner insurer (Providence or Askia), cancellation and termination conditions are those of that insurance contract, in line with the regulation applicable in the CIMA zone.
• Flight ticket: exchange and refund conditions depend on the fare chosen and the policy of the relevant airline. Some fares are non-refundable. They are shown to you before payment, on the summary of the offer selected.
• Airtime top-up: a top-up successfully delivered is final and non-refundable.
• Bill payment: a payment successfully transmitted to the billing body is final.

In every case, if an error is attributable to LeMultiservice (duplicate payment, a charged amount different from the one confirmed, a top-up not delivered despite a confirmed payment), any overpayment is refunded or the service is provided, on simple request to contact@lemultiservice.sn with your order reference.

Liability

LeMultiservice uses reasonable means to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed, the availability of the site, and the correct transmission of your orders to the relevant providers.

LeMultiservice cannot, however, be held liable for:

• the consequences of an unavailability, error or delay attributable to a third-party provider (insurer, airline, telecom operator, billing body, payment provider);
• the consequences of a site interruption caused by force majeure or maintenance work;
• an error resulting from inaccurate information you have provided.

Where it is engaged, LeMultiservice's liability is limited to direct, proven damages resulting from its own fault, excluding any indirect damage (loss of opportunity, non-material harm, loss of profit). Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited (intentional or gross misconduct, personal injury).

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of Senegal. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dakar.

Changes to these terms

Le Multiservice may change these terms at any time; the version that applies is the one in force at the time of your order.
