Who processes your data
JOKKO TECH AI SAS, publisher of LeMultiservice (details in the Legal Notice), is responsible for processing the data collected on this site.
One principle: as little data as possible
The site works without creating an account ("guest checkout"): you do not need to sign up to get a quote, search for a flight, or make a payment. Tracking an order only requires your order reference and the phone number used for payment, nothing else.
What data, depending on the service
| Step | Data involved |
|---|---|
| Quote / search (before payment) | No personal data: computed without identifying you. |
| Car insurance (purchase) | Name, phone, email, address, date of birth, ID document, plate number, make/model and vehicle characteristics. |
| Flight ticket (booking) | Name, date of birth, gender, email, phone, travel document (number, expiry, issuing country). |
| Airtime top-up | Phone number, network, amount. |
| Bill payment | Customer reference / meter number, amount. |
| Any order | An order reference, tagged with the "web" channel. |
LeMultiservice never sees or stores your banking details: payment is processed by the payment provider you choose (Wave, Orange Money).
Why this data
- To fulfil your order with the relevant provider (insurer, airline, telecom operator, billing body).
- To let you find your order again without an account.
- To send you your receipt and order information.
- To meet our legal obligations (including anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist financing rules, where applicable).
Who receives this data
Depending on the service ordered: the partner insurer, the airline (via the booking system used), the mobile network operator, the relevant billing body (Senelec, Sen'Eau, Woyofal, Rapido), and the payment provider (Wave, Orange Money). LeMultiservice does not sell or rent your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
How long
- Data linked to an order (quote, booking, top-up, bill) is kept for 3 years from your last interaction with that service.
- Accounting and tax records (invoices, proof of payment) are kept for 10 years, in line with the accounting obligations that apply to businesses in the Republic of Senegal.
- Audience-measurement data from cookies is kept for 13 months.
Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies or a dispute is ongoing.
Your rights
Under Senegalese Law No. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data, and its subsequent amendments, you have a right to access, rectify, object to, and delete your data. To exercise it, write to contact@lemultiservice.sn. You may also refer the matter to Senegal's data protection authority (Commission de protection des données personnelles, CDP).
